Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money deducted 303 for jio plan to billdeskutil but jio do not received | |||
HI, I have made payment of 303 using paytm to jio plan. 303 deducted from my wallet and bank account but jio did not receive money. Something wrong with PayTM app. I discuss with Jio customer care but they did not receive money. PayTM and Bank deducted money. I got below SMS on my mobile "Paid Rs.303.00 to BILLDESKutil at 12:06 PM. Wallet txn ID:[protected] Avail. Bal:Rs.0.0" Please help to get money back. -Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

I got a notification from jio so i thought i'll do it. View of the page was like jio website (no web url was seen so thought might be from jio app itself) so i chose the plan of 499 n made the payment.
Money got deducted from paytm saying "you have paid Rs.499.00 to BILLDESKutil".
payment was made 14:38:01hrs, Apr 3, 2017 n its same day 6:42pm but no benefits received yet!
Need to take some serious action against them i think! >:(
