[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deducted but did not received in receiver's account | |||
Date : 16 june 2018 I’ve done upi transaction today to receivers account at 12:19 pm with an amount of 200 in paytm. Transaction is successful but didn’t received money It has been more than 10 hours and receiver didnt get the money Upi reference id :[protected] Paytm is not lifting the call and not responding to the raised complaint. Please help me and take a legal action on behalf of customers Paytm is a fraud application and smart in looting customers Was this information helpful? | |||

I made a paytm valet payment on 27.06.18. To no broker. Com .for rs 3538.82 It was cleared by their payment gateway CC avenue. But after 6min on the same day same amount was deducted which I checked with CC AVENUE not processed by them . I provided many times my transaction and order ID. But a very irresponsible response from your side. I thought it's a genuine payment mode. But such a cheating has happened in my account. I will move to consumer court with regard to this. Why do you give customer care number?
