Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deducted but not in orders

Address:Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452010

I have tried to make payment of rs 2381 to voonik through paytm twice on 06/01/18, the amount was deducted from my bank account both the time but payment was not successfull and also it is not showing in my orders in the paytm app neither the amount is in my paytm wallet

I've tried calling the paytm customer care number but nobody responded.
