Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deducted by paytm but not transferred to bank

This is regadding order od [protected]. They said the money transfer process initiated.. But it deducted 837 from my account.. Transaction failed while paying mobile bill.. Now my money is not in wallet and not in account.. I try their customer care number it is always busy.. There is no proper response.. I request paytm to resolve the issue.. It is not expected from them
