Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deducted from bank account and was not added to the wallet | |
On 4rth december i tried adding 300 in my paytm wallet, but the amount was deducted from my bank account but it was not added to the wallet. And there is no transaction detail of that amount anywhere in the app. I tried calling the consumer helpline but they are not even receiving my calls and there is no other way of complaining, no chats or not even an email id that will reply. I send money to a person. But my not reached there.about 600 rupees gone.All money send to contact [protected] is gone.But it not reached yet. Pls give back money back to my account.I added two photos my successfull transaction and my number is [protected]

I booked my cinema tickets last Friday evening but ticket didn't confirm ... Then it is failed to process for confirmation of ticket ...but money of 622 rupees was debited from my account by paytm..without tickets booked for show ... It is almost 3days still money didn't credited back to my account ..
I want return my product not replacement.
