Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money deducted from bank but not credited into wallet | |||||
1. On 6th june 2017 at 10:39 pm i have tried to add rs 5000 from my icici credit card to paytm wallet. 2. I have received a message that the money is debited from my account. 3. But i can see that its not credited into my paytm wallet. And the status is : transaction failed. 4. I have tried calling to paytm customer care help line number, was able to go to the "speak to customer care executive" option in the 3rd attempt of the call and waited more than 15 minutes in vain with no response. 5. Customer care help line number of paytm is crap and its taking more than 5 minutes just to get to the option of speaking to a customer care executive. 7. And i have to wait more than 10 minutes to get some one actually speaking to me, this is worst possible customer service i have seen. I would like to know why paytm couldn't process the transaction when icici was clearly showing the transaction is successful at their end. I would like to understand why paytm customer care people couldn't even answer my call and kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes - screen shot attached. And to inform i lost my patience after 15 minutes and disconnected the call. - so my call literally went unanswered. Was this information helpful? | |||||
