Paytm Mobile Solutions — money is debited from my account and they not issue the valuable reward

I bought 600 uc for 799 rupees on 19 jan 2019 at 12:31:34. The amount got debited (799 rs) from my account but i didn't receive my uc. After the successful payment, when i returned to pubg game it said "failed to purchase". I waited a day. But still i didn't receive my uc. Please solve my issue. I have attached the proof below. Please check it out and solve it.

My mobile number using with Paytm is [protected]. I have received this message third time. Is this problem due to Irctc or Paytm? Please let me know the issue and resolve it ASAP.
