Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money not added to paytm account | |||||
The story goes like this: On 9th dec'16 I added Rs 3000 to my paytm account ( bank narration-POS PRCH POS[protected] ONE97 COMMUNICATION LTNOIDA ) which was successful. So on 10th dec'16 I added Rs 3000 to my paytm account ( bank narration- POS PRCH POS[protected] Paytm Mobile SolutionsNoida ), amount was immediately deducted from my bank account but was not added to my paytm account. Paytm don't have a good customer care. First the recorded system asked to wait for 48 hrs after that I am mailing them since 12 dec but in vain. Consumer forum ( docket no 100385 ). paytm ref ticket no[protected] paytm account details: mobile no-[protected] email- [protected]@gmail.com ( account show-its not linked). anyway irrelevant because money should have simply added as the app proccessed. I lost my faith in Paytm. I don't want to do any online transaction. I want my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
