Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money not credited in bank but balance deducted by PAYTM.

On dated 01/01/2017 I have done a transaction of money transfer from Paytm Wallet to State Bank of India of Rs. 1300/- (Rupees: One Thousand Three Hundred only). BUT the transaction gets success and the money not credited in bank and not refunded to my PAYTM Wallet account. I am providing you transaction reference number of Paytm wallet as #[protected] and Bank txn id as [protected].
On the basis of above kindly do needful in this regard.
