Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money not credited to my Paytm account | |||
I transferred Rs. 900 to my Paytm wallet on 9th January through my Axis Bank debit card (see attachment) but my Paytm account is not credited and showing a balance of Rs. 0 (see attachment) . In spite of registering several complaints with customer care and Paytm cyber cell, I got no response. Sick of all the time calling them and getting no response, I am compelled of launching a complaint with you. Was this information helpful? | |||
