Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money not refunded-- recharge amount

Hi, I have done a Vodafone mobile recharge for Rs.150 in paytm with order no-[protected] and Date - 04 Jan '17 4:23 pm. I paid through Internet banking and the money got debited from my bank account. But still the mobile recharge is not done and error is shown as " Payment confirmation Pending" . Also I am not able to cancel the order. So i requested Paytm to cancel the order and refund the money to the bank account. Paytm is not responding to the number of mails that i sent. I did not receive the cash back or any proper response. They take customer's money for granted. I have already mailed them several times asking for a refund confirmation mail that has to be given to the bank.Only with that mail, bank will refund. It has been more than 13 days now and I don't understand why they still treat customers like this. Why don't they have proper customer care service? Very worst service. I think they should atleast respond as soon as possible without wasting my time further.Kindly help
