Dear team, I made a transfer to bank transaction of Rs. 5000 on 16th Dec,
Order No. [protected]. Wallet was debited but bank was not credited. No one has been available to resolve our update on this issue, 2 days tat is over where is my money? Extremely dissatisfied with this and have learnt my lesson, #paytm and #paytm karo only for chillar transaction. You are a bunch of incompetent cheats and scammers. Where is my money? How and when will I get my money? Someone please help.

Ranjana Kalra's response From last 24 hrs my payment is still in pending process.

Yesterday I transferred money 2000 from my paytm to other Account but its still in pending process. please hep me out. It's more than 24 hrs.

Have transferred 5000 from my paytm wallet on 20/12/2016 to a bank account, the account number was correct but the transaction is pending and the amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. and the amount has not been recieved in to the bank account. wallet order id is [protected]

Rs.130/ "successfully"debited from my paytm account (mobile#[protected]) on 28/11/16 at 19.23.35pm is NOT credited in receiver's account. Headless customer care gives same system generated robotic answer. Where my money has gone? Whatever may be the technical fault in paytm app, why should I suffer?
