Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money was deducted from my wallet and refund was not provided for failed transaction | |||||
I made a transaction on swiggy using paytm which failed at authorization. The money was deducted from my paytm wallet, but swiggy never got the money. I should've got the money back in my wallet, but i did not. I made many attempts to raise a complaint at paytm, but received no response. I didn't even get a mail that my complaint is registered. Also paytm doesn't have an option where you can talk to a customer care representative. For paytm, my transaction id is - [protected]. You can call me on [protected] to discuss and solve my issue.
