Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money was deducted from my wallet and refund was not provided for failed transaction

I made a transaction on swiggy using paytm which failed at authorization. The money was deducted from my paytm wallet, but swiggy never got the money.

I should've got the money back in my wallet, but i did not. I made many attempts to raise a complaint at paytm, but received no response. I didn't even get a mail that my complaint is registered. Also paytm doesn't have an option where you can talk to a customer care representative.

For paytm, my transaction id is - [protected]. You can call me on [protected] to discuss and solve my issue.

Updated by rohandeshpande I made a transaction on Swiggy using Paytm on 20-Dec (Txn ID - [protected]) that failed. Swiggy did not receive the money and I had to make the payment again. I have not received this money back in my Paytm wallet. (Amount: Rs. 212)

Repeated attempts to reach out to customer care failed. Paytm DOES NOT have a customer care call center when I can call. Their IVR did not even confirm the receipt of my complaint. Pathetic service!!

@Paytm: If you are reading this, please check the transaction ID and call me using the account on which this transaction was made.
