I purchased motorola mobile e4 plus 32gb imei /serial# [protected], paytm mall order i'd: [protected]. I have complained so many times to customer care executive regarding the brand warranty of said mobile. I have purchased a new mobile but sevice center of motorola phone has refused to give me warranty and said that you are second owner and your mobile sold 6months before you purchased. Nobody is given response to resolve my problem. Plz do needful.
