Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non receipt of refund against order no. [protected] | |||||
I had purchased smart watch from Paytm against order no. [protected] and the payment was made through debit card of Axis Bank. The product that was received was defective and therefore the same was returned and picked up by Paytm agent on 21st Mar 2017. in the Paytm app the refund status shows that the amount has been refunded to the bank account but till date the amount has not been credited. I have checked with the bank also but there is not refund instruction received by the bank. When checked with Paytm in their help line I have been told that the refund will take 7 days but still till date the amount has not been credited. Have also registered complaint through the Paytm app but the same is still unresolved. I have completely lost my trust on Paytm and would request concerned authroities to resolve my refund issue.
