[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non refund of cancel airline ticket | |||||
Hey.. I made booking of two tickets from Mumbai to Indore through indigo but flight got delayed for more than 6 hr ands we took another flight and the company assured that our amount would be refunded. And we received the confirmation email that our amount is refunded to the agency from where we made booking. And our company through which it was done was paytm. We contact with paytm several times. Last time it was in March when we contacted but we haven't received our amount till now.Kindly solve my query.My INDIGO booking reference:IHFS9R on 2/dec/16. CRM:01125594.
