[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — non refund of rs.500/- on failed transaction for dmrc metro card | |||||
I had used paytm service for recharging my delhi metro card for rs.500/- on 11/11/2017 at 0922 am. My card was not recharged in time. I made a complaint on dtd. 11/11/2017 twice (Query no.[protected] and again today on 12/11/2017. Till this time, no refund has been received to my paytm account nor any reply from any paytm executive. All the known telephone nos. Of paytm i. E.[protected],[protected] and others etc do not connect with any customer care executives. My details are as under:- -my dmrc card no. For recharge is [protected]. -transaction no. Is [protected] dtd. 11/11/2017. -mobile no. Is [protected] for paytm login -email address: [protected]@yahoo.co.in Please resolve the issue and help me get credit refund of rs.500/- to my paytm account.
