Hello sir, I was booking a Tatkal ticket through IRCTC app but due to the network problem I was failed but the amount is deducted from my account that is 1966.47 and the transaction I'd is [protected] after that I tried for 2nd time but I failed again with the reason no seats available: transaction dropped but the amount is deducted again from account that is 1966.47 and transaction id is [protected] so I request u to refund my deducted amount that is 1966.47+1966.47 to my account .Below i have attached a screenshot of bank details and tickets.. Thank u .
