Paytm Mobile Solutions — Not able to access my money in the wallet | |||||
My phone got stolen and I had my account of PayTM logged in with a high balance in my wallet. My number is [protected] and email id: [protected]@gmail.com When I tried accessing my account from another source, I was unable to do so. I called customer care at least 10 times and they are giving resolutions which are not working. They put me on hold for long times. I have attached screenshots of some calls I had to hold. I raised complaint three times (Number: 24559035, 24560015,[protected] but still no resolution. It is of high importance as it is concerned with money. They are behaving very unprofessional which can cause me a lot of loss. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
