Recharge in my mobile rs 199. But not recharge or not refund in my account. Date.31/3/2017 time 21.00. I will richarg for paytm but not richarg. Recharge my mobile no.[protected]. I talk to today docomo customer car but he said you talk to paytm costomer care. I confused i talk docomo customer care or paytm costomer care. You salwe my problem & my refund.
