[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — Not responding for product replacement (product under guarantee)

On 07/02/2017 i purchased nokia 105 mobile from paytm (Paytm order ref :[protected]) with invoice number 136450/2016-17/401. The product was delivered in good condition and was working till 1nd of june 2017. The mobile stopped working, i went to nokia care to repair as it is under warranty. But they refuse to take accept the mobile set saying that mobile model nokia 105 phone has no warranty it has one year guaranty. And the guaranty replacement will be provided by the seller. So i raised case with paytm with reference no.: 30845953 and also mailed same to paytm with all the details, paytm replied to check again with manufacturer and get the job sheet for the issue in the set. So i reached nokia again, this time also nokia care gave me the same replay and also clearly said that they cannot create any job sheet for nokia 105 model mobile. The seller will have to provide full set replacement if the phone has some fault within one year of purchase (That is during guaranty period).
This time paytm asked me to contact the end seller directly. I called the seller, he is from kota rajasthan, but he insisted me to check with paytm as the seller from me is paytm, and also that he will provide the replacement if it comes through paytm. The same was informed to paytm by the end seller through mail.
I have been following with paytm care to get the replacement but paytm is not responding. It’s now 7 week since i requested paytm for replacement mobile, and every time paytm care is giving some or the other excuse. They are not agreeing to replace the mobile set.
All three.. Nokia, paytm and the end seller… no one is taking ownership to resolve the issue. Please help to get my mobile repaired or replaced or get the invoice amount refunded.
