I had received the desi karigar decorative electric lamp (Order #[protected]) on 3rd july 2017. This was the confirmation message i received by sms — "hi noel, your order #[protected] with item (S) desi karigar electric lamp holder home d cor decorative table lamp hanging lantern stand tea light gift item was successfully delivered by courier partner: delhivery. Rate your shopping experience here: http://p-y.tm/2s5Vtj" However, when i connected the electric lamp to the plugpoint, it is not working. The item is defective. I need a replacement or a refund. Also there is no menu in the paytm app or website, to register consumer complaint and refunds. And no one picks up the call on the contact number given, it simply says "your call is important" but no one attends the call. Was this information helpful? | |||
