Paytm Mobile Solutions — order cancelled on 8th august but still no refund after 10 days | |||||
I Neelesh Gulati from Rajouri Garden, New Delhi have ordered one Samsung 321L frost free refrigerator vide order No. [protected] by paying Rs. 30083 through credit card on 6th August 17. On 8th due to some reasons I cancelled my order on 8th August 17 but my cancellation request was PENDING. Now after 10 days passed and the order cancellation is still pending. It seems that company is not interested in returning my money back. How it is possible that cancellation request is pending for more than 10 days.
