Paytm Mobile Solutions — ordered laptop battery, but still not received and no update of shipment

I ordered laptop battery from Paytm shopping website on 21-feb-2019, its expected delivery was 3rd March-2019, but still not delivered after raising a complaint with Paytm customer care executive and has not resolved the issue. The cost of the battery i already paid is 2350 INR. The Paytm has shipped it with Ecom express with AWB[protected]. I want either my money refund or want the product as soon as possible. and i want to know the status of my order.

Updated by manzoorahmad Still waiting for refund. I ready cancelled the order and the item has been confirmed and received by the seller/origin, but payment is still not refunded back to my source debit account.
