Respected Team, I have transacted Rs. 499 from HDFC bank for recharge to Idea on dated 9th June 2019 between 2:30 pm to 2:45 pm. it has been deducted from my HDFC bank account but still my mobile not get recharged also it's not refunded on my bank account.
