Paytm Mobile Solutions — payment got debited from my account through paytm mobile solutions but the transaction failed at irctc. amount to be refunded. | |||
I made a train ticket booking in IRCTC and made a payment of Rs. 3711.80. This amount got debited to my Axis Bank account for IRCTC ticket on 10 12 2018. IRCTC confirmed as ticket not booked due to failed transaction whereas the amount was promptly debited to my account. When contacted Axis Bank, they provided me the reference number:[protected] with a request to contact you as they have paid the amount to you and the amount from you did not reach IRCTC and they did not book the ticket. Tried reaching to you on +[protected] & +[protected] and also tried on Paytm help desk, I could not reach you all. There is absolutely no clear contact no given any where. I do not know how a customer will be confident in doing such transactions if we are clueless on where to contact for such issues. Request you to arrange refund of Rs.3711.8 immediately and confirm.
