Paytm Mobile Solutions — Payment not transferred to my bank account | |||
Hi, i did transaction on Paytm on 8th december, had transferred 18000rs back to my bank account, successfully received 14000rs. into my bank, however didnt receive 4000rs to my bank account, my wallet order id is [protected], for 7-8days it show in pending status, i have tried to contact paytm on customercare number, have raised ticket, have shared details on email, twitter, facebook on all the possible medium, just got one reply on twitter that amount is successfully transffered to my bank, i checked but it was not in my bank, have checked trascation status, they made is pending to sucessful, mean while also tried to contact for the same, but no response till date, today also i checked, my trasaction passbook on paytm, they people cleared all my transaction, it shows nothing, no entry in my passbook. here is the all screenshot, have a look, Plz help me to get back my 4000rs. my email id is hitesh.[protected]@gmail.com plz help me to get back my amount, also guide me to complaint to higher authorities Was this information helpful? | |||
