Paytm Mobile Solutions — Payment of electric bill | |||||
I have made a electric bill payment for commercial place, because of this paytm never made a payment to the bescom and they disconnected the power for our commercial place and it create a big new sense, just to get the connection back. And i am mailing the customer care past 2 weeks tat i need a call back. These bloody people are sending only an automatic emails and i don't see any professional customer service. Yes i am facing same problem for paying electric bill payment and they transfer in my wallet and after my wallet balance also nil. they dosn't have customer care name i email but they did not give any answer.
