Paytm Mobile Solutions — payment still not settled | |||||
Dear sir/ madam, Greetings of the day!! This to inform you that my paytm account ([protected]) transfer 9000 amount in my sbi account paytm also provide me utr no. For this payment which is[protected]. 1 week already passed but still they are not giving me my money. It’s a humble request to you please show some professionalism. Do you guys even have any rules and regulations. The worst service with respect to customer dealing. They are the ones who had poor customer service, recently, their way of talking is not respectable, their solution to the problem is like we do not have any thing to do for you, pls do on your own, more over i really need to say paytm should think about good customer service if they need to sustain best customers — many times i called up to customer care of sbi but they totally deny for the payment and saying that this is wrong utr no. And we could not help you as this is wrong information. And many times i talk to paytm customer care the are saying that we do not have you money we already send it to your account, no one is listening me where is my money.? I had word with chandra shekhar, neeraj panday, ravi kumar who is crm he told me that your money will not settled. 100 times i told him please give me my money. Again and again and again.
