Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm mall shopping issue | |||
I ordered a product from paytm mall order no. [protected] on october 26, 2019 and paid it through online transaction and it was showing that the product will be delivered by october 30, 2019, it was shipped by blue dart the pathetic courier service with waybill no. [protected], the shipment had reached hadapsar etail center pune which is their final delivery station by october 29, 2019, the shipment sat in the center for 2 days, called the paytm customer service raised this issue on october 31, 2019, compliant no.[protected], the advisor told that he has sent the request to bluedart to deliver the package will expect the delivery by 24 to 48 hrs, again that was not the case, the shipment was out for delivery and later it was marked as address is incomplete and so the package couldn't be delivered, called bluedart checked the address it was correct, tried to contact by messages as the paytm confirms has 24x7 support but no response so, called paytm on november 1st, 2019 checked the address it was correct and was asked to wait for more 24 to 48 hours pathetic service, i mean unprofessionalism at it's par, ridiculous agents ignores me to compensate me also will not provide any accurate solution to my issue, pathetic service from the bluedart too, i called paytm today november 1, 2019 and spoke to a manager an was told to wait again for 24 to 48 hrs, the agent first told me to wait till november 4, 2019 which was totally not worth it so asked for a manager still the issue is not resolved, i want compensation for this ridiculous wastage of time and money, pathetic service, also i want my product delivered as soon as possible.
