Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm my business account | |||
I have my business account with Paytm. Suddenly they blocked myerchant account without any warning / notce. I tried to call the merchant support center multiple time but every time an automated message was told to me that "our risk engine have detected...etc". I want to know what was the issue with my account and why it was blocked, but no further explanation on that. I tried to contact through their Facebook team but every time they send me a predefined computerized message. I can't believe that the companies like Paytm are dealing with their merchants like this. Very poor performance, worst customer support & policy for merchant. Was this information helpful? | |||

I sent my friends account 2000 rupees from Bank of India to Paschim Banga Gramin Bank but the money was deducted to my Bank of India account but the money did not received my friends account. Bank of India transaction ID[protected].
