Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm not hearing customer safety and voice | |||
Hi sir, My order no is. [protected] I booked bus ticket from chennai to theni on feb 9, 2019 on srs travels using by paytm. Paytm site automatically took gender is female, but i didnt noticed that and bi-mistakenly i selected seat near ladies seat. I didnt noticed this useless paytm matrix. On feb 9, 2019 i catch the srs bus and went to up to perungalathur toll gate and conductor not checked properly about this issue while boarding. After reach the perungalathur toll gate he noticed and he said get down here without any prober discussion, but i requested conductor please change the seat or drop any main bus stop. But he is behaving like adamant not hearing my voice properly. He dropped near perungalthur toll gate without considering my voice. I am not able to get any buses there. Conductor behave like rowdy and he is not ready to here customer voice. Also conductor ask paytm and we are not responsible for anything. I lost my bus fare 650 and got mental depression because of the useless guy (Conductor). This is not right way to deal with any passenger and srs travels giving training to bus conductor. I have summited complaints against srs travels to paytm. But they didn't take any proper action against that person or get feedback from srs. Paytm behave like dumb and i called no of time to ask about this complaint, but they are telling "we gave rs130 paytm cash that's it" please use that and that is our action like that.
