[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm payment gateway problem, payment not cleared amount debited from bank | |||||
I have made a bill payment of 13th november 2017 for 4177/- via paytm payment gateway, for wbsedcl. Amount got debited from my bank account but still payment remains in pending or failure state. I ordered a steelbird helmet but i have a size issue so i want to return that product.
So When i am clicking on the return section its showing an error .
Also when i am calling the customer care service it asks order id and when i am entering order id they says incorrect id again and again.
So kindly solve this issueas soon as possible.

I was pay to club factory by paytm but my order payment was failed but i didnt recieved my amount back so please help me
