Hi team, I ordered and lg ac from paytm on 28 mar 2017 and they sold me an used product. I called paytm as well the seller he delivered this and product and seller agreed that he sent an used product because it was out of stock. I am just looking for refund now and paytm is entertaining the request and its been 6 days now. Every time i called them they are just saying to wait for 24-48 hours.
