Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm wallet amount add fund not working but money deducted from bank | |||||
My paytm account mobile number is : [protected] I added 2500 rupees ( from HSBC credit card) and then 1000 rupees (from HDFC credit card) on 13th february Both the bank deducted and I got confirmation SMS about deduction but in PAytm wallet the amounts are not yet added. And you guys do not have a customer care number where I can talk to any representative.This is last time I am dealing with you.please revert my money or I will go consumer court with proof. When i raised complained on mail, some random mobile call i received asking to share my bank account's card number details with CVV, expiry, birthday etc. why do Paytm customer agent needs all these details.. do not they have some tracking for failed transaction card details.Such a sucking cheating service paytm is giving?
