Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm wallet is not credited when i added money from Axis bank of Rs 10000 | |||||
I am writing this mail with deep sadness as my amount Rs 10000 is not credited to my paytm wallet and amount got deducted from Axis savings account I have been sending lots of email and hardly i get response after many days which is all non favourable to me. Its been more than 45 days from today this issue still going on but nothing is favouring me so far I am being honest here, i am asking my money with solid proofs by attaching the email which states that paytm wallet is credited with Rs 10000/- but it is not credited when i checked in paytm wallet account or passbook transaction. Also following up with Axis bank to reverse my amount but they are saying paytm is responsible for this not bank. Either paytm has to send email to Axis bank stating amount did not credited to my paytm wallet and please reverse the amount to my axis savings account Recently i got a reply from paytm stating that amount couldn't credit as below which is not at all good Hello, Greetings from Paytm! Thank you for contacting us. Your payment could not be processed . If money has been deducted from your account, bank takes a maximum of 2 working days to confirm the payment deduction. In case the amount is not added to your Paytm wallet by 2 working days, we would request you to kindly contact your bank directly. We seek your understanding and patience in this matter. We would like to inform you that generally amount transfer doesn't happen due to the following reasons: 1) User's wallet limit gets exceeded 2) User's mobile number or account is not verified (For wallet to wallet transfer) 3) Bank downtime (For Wallet to Bank transfer) User can transfer maximum 25 K amount(wallet to wallet + wallet to bank ) in a calendar month in case if you have reached your maximum limit then you will not be able to make a transaction.
