Order id : 24737835 Transaction id : [protected] I made first deposit to ace2three.com from paytm wallet, according to the promotion details i should get cashback, i made this transaction on 18th may and today is 6th june till now i didn't receive my cashback. I complaint to paytm customer care many times but there is no resolution from their side. I send number of mails but no proper response from them. When i given a complaint 3 agents called me from paytm and they assured i'll get resolution within 24-48 hours, now almost a week passed but no response, no call, no mail. Had ordered fossil watch from paytm, was supposed to receive a promocode for a cashback of Rs-2300 on electricity bill payment as per the offer but have not received any such promocode.Have also registered a complain with the team ticket number for the same is 30676396 but no action has been taken on the same.
