I have booked a ticket from irctc mobile app. The payment i have done through paytm wallet. But i didn't get the ticket. I lost my money from my bank. After booking i got a message (Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.669.02 on paytm against order id [protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries.). After this i have called the customer care they told me this customer care is number not valid for failed transaction.
