[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — randomly rs. 11195 was from my account : registered mobile number [protected] | |||
I would like to inform you that there has been a fraud in my PAY TM Account. List of transactions were done from my Pay TM Account on[protected] and Rs. 11195/- were cut from my account without any reason. I did not receive any Message or Email for the same from the company. Any smallest transaction otherwise is always intimated via message and email. Even for my mobile recharge I get the OTP before the payment is done. But in this case the funds just vanished from my account and only when I went to use my PAYTM account for payment at a Petrol pump on[protected], I realized that that the money is gone. I had instantly raised a complaint with PAY TM for which they assured that they will send a mail but it never came and after 2-3 days the complaint was closed without having the courtesy to even call me or inform me .The reason which I can see only in the app stating that once you give access to Relaince JIO then they can charge me for renewal at any time and there is no control of PAY TM on this. I cannot buy this reason as earlier for smallest recharge I have received OTP on my mobile and transaction was confirmed on my email. So how come for these multiple transactions there is no msg or Email. Please support in getting my money back. Aug 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I have mentioned phone number in the complaint without realising the consequences, there is no way I can edit my complaint. So marking it resolved people are calling to create another fraud | |||
