Paytm Mobile Solutions — recharge declined by airtel.

Address:Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, 312021

On 22 jan 2019 i proceed a recharge of 199 in airtel through paytm and amount was deducted from my account (Credit card) but it shows that recharge was declined and they initiated for refund but after 18 days yet iam not received the amount.
First of all i wait for 7 days that i will automatically received the amount but unfortunately that's not happened
