[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — recharge failed but money deducted from my paytm wallet | |
Dear team My balance has been deducted from my paytm wallet while my recharge was not done. I have already raised the concern through pay app with screen shot my 100 rs deducted. But there ia no responce from their end. So many customer trouble paytm fraud company. Called to many time paytm customer care executine they are saying paytm. Have refund the money but in actual refunded money not showing.in my wallet after refunded my wallet should be 240.63 rs but current is 140.63. So please take a axtion against fraude paytm company and help to return my deducte money in my wallet. Was this information helpful? | |
Aug 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Company said he has refund the deducted money but my concern is refund money not showing in my paytm wallet. I have called to many times but still my issue not resolved. & if you are not able raise my concern against PAYTM please provide consumer complain escalation matrix so that i can raise my concern in higher priority. After refunde money my wallet balance should 240.63 but still my wallet is140.63 | |
