Paytm Mobile Solutions — recharge is processing

I recharged my jio number [protected] with an amount of rs499 on friday 10:09pm i. E., 10/11/2017. Till now my recharge is not completed it still showing processing though the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet. No cancel button is shown for cancellation of the same from the time is still not resolved and paytm application is also not responding to my queries. The service of paytm this time really disappointing me please do something to resolve my order number : [protected] as soon as possible. And refund the amount to my wallet please do consider me.

Updated by Ãshû Sêñgãr I recharged my mobile number [protected] of rs499 on friday night near about 10:09pm and still it is showing processing please cancel this order and refund the amount back to my paytm wallet or make it done am complaining back to back with the paytm application but that is not responding to my query neither solving the same please do something it's a matter of my 499rs.
