Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund delayed and bad behaviour | |
I order a "pure it 14 letter" (price ₹1699) on 5 June 2018. order no is [protected]. And any reason i cancelled this order on 6 June 2018. I got ₹200 on my Paytm wallet instent I'm not got my ₹1499 on my bank account. Paytm said my refund is credit in next 14 days. But i can't get my refund. Today I complained on Paytm app (queries reference no.[protected] but my complaint is closed from paytm side without my resolve.
