Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund from lenskart not credited to my wallet from november 2018 | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is to inform you that i have bought sunglasses for 1836 on 24th november 2018 from lenkskart website using paytm wallet. I have returned the product within a week and they have also processed my refund around the end of november 2018. But the refund does not credit in my paytm wallet. I was following-up with lenskart only till mid of the december 2018 but i came to know that refund is issued from lenskart but due to the problem with paytm it was not credited. From december 2018 i started a follow-up with paytm team and they have also agreed that the problem is indeed with them only. As per customer support executive, my refund transaction was failed because of some technical problem and they are going to follow-up with the merchant to re-initiate refund. I was listening to the same story from all the customer support executive from december 2018 to till date but the amount is not credited. It was my mistake that i have not noted down my first generated ticket number as i was trusting paytm that they are going to resolve my problem without any major hiccups of follow-up like i had done with lenskart but my trust went in vain. Luckily i have noted down the ticket number which i have raised on 4th february 2019. Ticket #[protected], (Jan 28 2019, ticket #[protected] I request your help in this regard to get my refund and paytm please follow some ethics, a refund is not issued from 3 months. Shame on you.
