[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — Refund initiated from amazon but not credited to paytm account

I had ordered 4 books on Amazon on 22th June, 2021. The payment for that, I had done through paytm debit card. Later on, I cancelled one book. The refund for that was already initiated from amazon.

The following is the refund reference number:

74332741174117380409180

But, the refund is still not credited to my bank account (Paytm). I have contacted Paytm care for the same concern. But, I haven't got any response from their side till now.

Paytm customer care executive contacted me via telephonic conversation and resolved my concern humbly by giving appropriate instructions. Actually, the issue was from my side! Thanks to whomsoever it may concern!
