[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Refund not done by paytm for rs. 303 jio recharge on[protected]. Registered mobile no. - [protected] / order id-ipt [protected] | |||||
I was upgrading to jio 303. So while making the payment i chose to do via paytm. My paytm wallet had rs 303 less so they deducted the amount from my axis bank account. Registered mobile no. - [protected] My transaction was cancelled by jio but the amount was deducted from the bank account. Further i got a message from paytm saying "your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.303.0 on paytm with order id-ipt [protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries." Please look into the matter and arrange for the refund immediately. Already 4 working days has been over but still the refund is not done. Recharge was not done as jio declined the payment. But in that case money will be transferred to my paytm wallet or directly refunded to my bank. But nothing happened. In fact i am astonished to see that paytm is giving a confirmation of payment by sms but in the paytm passbook no transaction of rs. 303 is displayed. For reference i am sending you the screenshots of payment confirmation and money deduction from bank to paytm. 1) bank statement 2) bank transaction sms 3) paytm confirmation sms of payment 4) paytm passbook 5) recharge history of jio Look into the matter seriously.
