Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund not given

I have recharged rs 2995 on 17 july 2018
From airtel website "www.airtel.in" selected paymant mode paytm e wallate, my money deducted from my paytm e wallate but recharge not done.
So i have sent mail to airtel for refund and airtel says " we have not rcvd money frim paytm, and paytm says that we have given to airtel. Both compnies are refuse for refund so plese help
