Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund not received | |||||
I had placed an order with club factory on 31st Jan 18 for RS. 2370 (811+1558). Club factory confirmed on 19th Feb 18 that the entire order is cancelled and full refund amount is initiated.(attached snapshot) Paytm passbook shows a refund of RS. 811 on 9th Feb 18. RS. 1558 refund is pending, club factory claims to have refunded it and have also sent a snapshot for the same and there is no response from paytm. Was this information helpful? | |||||
