Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund of amount of ticket

I was book my ticket through irctc using obc debit card via paytm from howrah to raipur paiy of rs. 4895 and ticket was cancelled and refund of rs.4570 was credited to paytm m a/c. And amount will not received till date imn my a/c.
