Dear Sir/ Madam This is to inform you that an amount of Rs.463.27/- has been debited from my Axis Bank savings account [protected] on 23rd October at around 7.30pm. The e-ticket was never generated through the app but the amount was debited from my aforesaid Axis bank account. The payment gateway was PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.. Kindly direct the bank to refund the money to my account for which I will be grateful. Hope you will do the needful.
